Lemon-law claims generally come down to the same things: repair attempts, days out of service, and whether you're still inside the eligibility window. Organize those facts and get a free letter outline; the full demand letter is in the $39 Case Pack.

Arizona presumes a reasonable number of repair attempts have been made if the same nonconformity has been subject to repair four or more times, or the vehicle has been out of service for a cumulative 30 or more calendar days, within the shorter of the express warranty term or two years/24,000 miles from delivery. The presumption does not apply against a manufacturer unless it received prior direct written notice of the defect and had an opportunity to cure it. If unable to conform the vehicle after a reasonable number of attempts, the manufacturer must replace the vehicle or refund the full purchase price less a reasonable allowance for use.
